Who am I and what makes me stand apart from the other real estate agents?

  I’m not just a salesperson who puts a home on the market for a quick sale. After 5 years in this career & 20 years of being a landlord, I feel that my purpose is to help educate buyers with making the biggest investments in their lives and to help sellers make the hardest transitions in their lives easier while also encouraging them to do upgrades to make the biggest return on their investment.

It’s my job to manage my sellers’ stress and make the selling process easier in every stage from de-cluttering the house to cleaning, making upgrades, and staging their homes for the very competitive Massachusetts market. I have helped sellers transition with different stages in their lives, helped clients move across and out of the country, & have created smooth transactions for them. It is my duty to help them at every stage of the process from finding a home, visiting the houses, putting in an offer, completing the transaction in a timely manner.

I’m a Realtor who works with my clients for months to sometimes years at their pace slow or fast depending on their needs and preferences. I give them all the time they need to make a decision. I’m an advocate that gives my clients realistic options and then I manage their business plan on their timetable to help prepare their home to sell for more money.

I oversee each step of this plan including getting quotes and then overseeing contractors’ paint, refinish floors, power wash, professionally clean, taking care of the landscaping, and any other project that needs to be done to put the house on market on time and sell for the best price.

Then we stage the house either using their own furniture or with a staging company. I take care of my clients, their well-being, happiness, and success in this business. This is how my business grows and flourishes. I set very realistic expectations, communicate openly and honestly and hold myself to the highest standards in order to achieve a common goal. I work together as a team with my buyers and sellers to produce the best results possible. Time is the essence of our business.

My favorite part of my job is to help people to find their dream home. I work with Fafard Real Estate Company which specializes in new construction in many communities. I speak Turkish and English and am very comfortable with business transactions. I have my MBA in Finance and Management and enjoy bringing my business experience to the table during negotiations.
