About Us:

Munise Ulker is the principal broker/franchise owner of the HomeSmart Success Realty, a real estate broker in NH and MA.  Munise brings a tremendous amount of experience to the table and stands out as a top performer. She has been in real estate since 2007, as a realtor and as an investor.  Munise Ulker received her Master’s degree in Business (MBA) at Carlow University. Her education is one of the cores of her success in negotiations, persuasion, and marketing techniques. 

Being a contributing member of the community is a must for Munise Ulker. She is on the steering committee for Interfaith Women of NH, and a member of Bedford Women’s Club of NH.  She lives in Bedford with her husband, Dr. Riza Ulker who is working with children who are on the Autism spectrum. They have a daughter who is in college and a son who is in high school, they enjoy hiking, kayaking, and cooking together.
