I’ve been running restaurants in America for half a century, and my passion for culinary excellence is well-known among those who know me. I’ve never settled for the status quo, always believing that there’s a better way and a higher goal to reach.
With this mindset, I recently embarked on a journey to introduce a unique taste to America, one that had not been experienced before. This brand would also cater to the cravings of our friends who long for the flavors of their homeland, Turkey. I wanted them to feel like they were back home while savoring these dishes.
In my pursuit, I had the privilege of teaming up with the renowned KÖFTECİ RAMİZ. When your heart is pure, paths cross by divine guidance, and I’m thankful for it. 🧿🧿🙏🙏
After extensive discussions and preparations, we opened PHILADELPHIA KÖFTECİ RAMİZ on October 1, 2023, at 216 South St, Philadelphia, PA 19147.
The positive feedback from our guests warms our hearts. Turkish citizens and many others, including Americans, have praised our food. Words like “This is it,” “I felt like I was back in Turkey,” and “Thank you for bringing these flavors to America; we missed them” fill me with gratitude. Even more gratifying is that citizens from various countries, especially Americans, also visit our shop. Their enjoyment of our food and the pleasure it brings to their taste buds and hearts makes me proud as a Turkish business owner.
In the future, I aim to share the delights of KÖFTECİ RAMİZ and Turkish cuisine with those who haven’t yet experienced it. I want to win over their hearts and taste buds. I want to express my deep gratitude to my family, especially my wife Jesi and my beloved daughter Ceylan Eda Küçük. Also, I’m grateful to my dear brother, Servet Sam Küçük, and the invaluable owners of Köfteci Ramiz, who have sent us talented chefs from Turkey. Thanks to our kitchen staff, from chefs to cleaning crews, and our waitstaff. Your unwavering support means the world to me. Together, we are one big family in America.
For my Turkish friends, I have more good news. We have begun to bring many of our valuable vocal artists to Ramiz, and we will continue to do so. Our concerts will not only treat your taste buds with KÖFTECİ RAMİZ’s delicious menu but also delight your ears. We aim to end your yearning for the taste of Turkey and the music of our famous artists.
Finally, remember that PHILADELPHIA KÖFTECİ RAMİZ is just the beginning. We plan to expand our presence across the United States, bringing the taste of Turkey to every corner. As we grow, we’ll continue to satisfy your cravings.
Please continue to follow us. May everything go as you wish.
